Warranty and Returns

You benefit from a warranty and return policy for all items purchased from us. At Wind-Deflectors.com, you have a 30-day trial period for your orders. We ask you to check within 24 hours of receiving the item whether it is intact and complete. If this is not the case, please contact us as soon as possible after receipt to inform us. This way, we can quickly provide you with a replacement product. Unfortunately, claims for damages reported late cannot be resolved. If you are not satisfied with the item, you can return it during the trial period.

PLEASE NOTE: ORDERS SHIP FROM EUROPE

Import fees apply for US & Canadian customers. You will be responsible for paying these fees to the courier (UPS) upon delivery.
These fees are non-refundable.
By completing your order, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Warranty

What are the rules for returns?

If you wish to return your order, please consider the following:

  • Report your return via the contact form, by email at info@wind-deflectors.com, via WhatsApp or in the 'Order Details/History' page of your account.
  • Return the item within the 30-day trial period to Vento Defletor, Denver CO 80202-1508, 1312 17TH ST # 580.
    Canadian customers: Vento Defletor, Vancouver, BC V6G 3B7, 1771 Robson Street #1630.
  • Send your return in original packaging or alternative protective packaging to prevent damage or breakage of the item.
  • We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us before returning the item to arrange a refund or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Refund Policy: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method for the product's purchase price.
Please note: Any import duties or taxes paid are non-refundable.

Warranty Conditions

Wind-Deflectors.com guarantees the proper functioning of the delivered products for a warranty period of 5 years from the date of purchase. All products are covered by the manufacturer's legal warranty. In case of a product defect during the warranty period (due to manufacturing or material defects), it will be exchanged free of charge. To process the warranty as quickly as possible, please attach a copy of the purchase invoice.

The warranty does not apply in case of damage caused by impact or fall, misuse, sand, dust, dirt, moisture or corrosion, poor handling, repairs made by unauthorized persons, or defects caused by non-compliance with the maintenance and safety instructions mentioned in the user manual.
