For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this refund. 5. Prices and Shipping Costs

5.1. The prices mentioned on the product pages include the statutory value-added tax and other price components.

5.2. In addition to the prices quoted, we charge a flat rate of 0.00 euros per order for delivery to USA. The shipping costs are clearly communicated to you on the product pages, in the shopping cart system, and on the order page.

5.3. Import Duties and Taxes (Duties, Tariffs, and Fees):

All prices displayed are exclusive of any import duties, customs tariffs, value-added taxes (VAT), sales taxes (e.g., U.S. state sales tax), or other fees imposed by the destination country upon import. These fees are determined and collected by the customs authorities of the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Estimated Fees for U.S. Customers: The final fee is calculated by U.S. Customs and Border Protection and can vary based on the specific product and its declared value. We cannot guarantee this final amount.

How fees are paid: These fees are typically paid directly by the recipient to the courier (e.g., UPS, FedEx) upon delivery. The courier acts as a broker for the customs authorities.

Consequence of Refusal: Please note: If a delivery is refused or abandoned due to unpaid import fees, the customer remains responsible for the cost of the original purchase and shipping. A refund will only be issued for the product cost, minus the cost of outbound shipping, after the goods are received back at our warehouse in saleable condition.
